Project scope:

Different car types need different hanger adjustment to place them on the hanger. After discharging the bodys also the position of the hanger arms has to be adjusted.

IAS project:

• Creation of the specification map together with the mechanical engineering.
  
  
• Specification of the electrical components to guarantee a proper function and to avoid injury of the operators.
  
  
• Hardware engineering, construction of the electronic cabinet and local panel.
  
  
• Programming the function.
  
  
• Initial start-up, optimisation and connection to the event collection system of the customer.

Note: Servo drives controlled by link, adjusting the position of the hanger arms according the requirements. Connection to the existing transport system with discrete signal exchange.
